Contact Form and Inquiries

When you contact us via the contact form or email, the data you provide (name, email address, message) will be processed to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract initiation). Data will be deleted after processing is complete, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Order Inquiries

When submitting an order inquiry through our webshop, we process the following data:

  • Name and email address
  • Selected products and quantities
  • Optional message

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract initiation and fulfillment). If a purchase contract is concluded, delivery address and payment information will also be collected.

Invoice data is retained for 7 years in accordance with § 132 BAO (Austrian Federal Fiscal Code).
